Step 3: Gently mix to combine and form into 12 meatballs.
Step 4: In a large skillet, heat 1 teaspoon oil over medium-high.
Step 5: In batches, brown the meatballs on all sides, adding oil as needed.
Step 6: Transfer to a rimmed baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit until cooked through.
