  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground pork
  • 2 green onions (white and green parts, thinly sliced)
  • 1/3 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 4 teaspoon fish sauce
  • 4 teaspoon sriracha hot sauce
  • 3 teaspoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons oil (vegetable oil)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine bread crumbs and water in a large bowl; let sit for 5 minutes.

  • Step 2: Add pork, green onions, cilantro, fish sauce, srirarcha hot sauce, honey, garlic and salt.

  • Step 3: Gently mix to combine and form into 12 meatballs.

  • Step 4: In a large skillet, heat 1 teaspoon oil over medium-high.

  • Step 5: In batches, brown the meatballs on all sides, adding oil as needed.

  • Step 6: Transfer to a rimmed baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit until cooked through.
