Step 1: In a large bowl, mix together all of the dough ingredients and then knead it into a ball, with a little extra flour, if needed.
Step 2: Place it back into the bowl and cover with plastic and let to rest for 2 hours, if needed.
Step 3: Roll dough flat and place the pizza on an oiled pizza stone or baking tray.
Step 4: Preheat oven to 180C.
Step 5: Spread pizza base with hummus, top with the pumpkin, onion, walnuts and cheese and cook in the oven at 180C for 15 to 20 minutes until the base is crisp and pumpkin is tender.
Step 6: Once out of the oven, top with rocket leaves and let wilt and enjoy.
