Step 1: Trim ends from unpeeled orange and put in a 1 pint glass measuring cup and add water to make it one cup; cover with plastic wrap and microwave until orange is soft (4 -5 minutes); drain.
Step 2: In a food processor add orange and process until chopped. Let cool.
Step 3: Add next 7 ingredients (-egg) and pulse until blended. Pour batter into a 1 1/2 cup microwave safe mug and stir in the chocolate chips.
Step 4: Microwave for 2 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out barely clean -- cake will rise and sink down as it cools. Let cool for 20 minutes and then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
