Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • Bao buns (8 buns)
  • 75 grams cooked chicken (shredded, 1/2 cups steamed or roasted)
  • 1 carrot, finely shredded
  • Daikon, finely shredded (1/2)
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • Salad greens (2 small handfuls)

How to Make

  • Step 1: When ready to serve, place the buns in the steamer and steam for 3 minutes.

  • Step 2: For the pickle combine the carrot and daikon with the salt, sugar and vinegar and leave for 10 minutes.

  • Step 3: Fill with layers of the above and secure with a skewer.
