Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • Bao buns (8 buns)
  • 250 grams beef sirloin (steak)
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 200 grams shredded cabbage (Chinese)
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar
  • Greens (this could be lettuce, baby rocket etc, 1 handful)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise (seasoned with 2 tablespoon hot chilli sauce)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Season the steak well and barbeque until done to your liking.

  • Step 2: Allow to rest and then cut into slices.

  • Step 3: For the slaw combine the cabbage with the vinegar and season well.

  • Step 4: Meanwhile steam the buns for 3 minutes, split and fill with layers of the above.aa
