  • 1 cup red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup green peas (frozen)
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 1/2 pounds shrimp (medium shrimp, peeled and deveined)
  • Cilantro leaves (optional)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat rice according to package directions.

  • Step 4: Arrange shrimp over rice mixture; cover and cook 6 minutes or until shrimp are done and rice is slightly crisp.
