Step 1: Saute onions and garlic in oil until limp.
Step 2: Add cubed steak; cook until just browned.
Step 3: Add mushrooms.
Step 4: Mix all ingredients but topping, pour into a 9 x13 casserole.
Step 5: Top with mozzarella.
Step 6: Bake 425 degrees for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
