Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 pound cauliflower (parboiled 10 minutes, 1 head)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 yellow onion, chopped fine
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon minced parsley
  • 1/4 cup catsup

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix together all ingredients but the cauliflower.

  • Step 2: Put in 2 quart casserole dish, some dish with straight side is what it said,

  • Step 3: Pile meat all around cauliflower.so that is encased like a meat ball.

  • Step 4: BAKE 60 MINUTES or until cauliflower is soft, when you pierce it with knife and meat is browned.

  • Step 5: Let stand 5 minutes before you cut it into wedges.
