Step 1: Mix together all ingredients but the cauliflower.
Step 2: Put in 2 quart casserole dish, some dish with straight side is what it said,
Step 3: Pile meat all around cauliflower.so that is encased like a meat ball.
Step 4: BAKE 60 MINUTES or until cauliflower is soft, when you pierce it with knife and meat is browned.
Step 5: Let stand 5 minutes before you cut it into wedges.
