  • 225 ml rice beverage (1 cup)
  • 240 grams coconut milk (canned 1 cup)
  • 1 can (14 ounce) crushed pineapple (organic crushed pineapple with liquid, I use the Native Forest Brand)
  • 2 bananas, well mashed
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup (pure, or raw honey)
  • 10 grams coconut oil (2 teaspoons plus more for coating crock)
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

How to Make

  • Step 1: Coat the inside of the crock of a slow cooker with coconut oil.

  • Step 2: Place the ingredients in the slow cooker, stir and cook on high for 4 hours.
