Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 10 ounce pizza crust (1 thin crust Boboli pizza crust)
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1 tomato, diced (Roma)
  • Pepper to taste
  • Sweet onion (quartered and sliced , 1/4 onion)
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Pineapple rings (chopped, 3 rings)
  • 4 to 5 ounces bacon (chopped, 4-5 slices Canadian bacon)
  • 3 ounces cooked bacon (crumbled, 3 slices)
  • FOR POLYNESIAN SAUCE
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • 1 small garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
  • Salt, dash
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons pineapple juice (I use juice from the can of pineapple)
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce (sweet)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 450°F

  • Step 2: Mix together all sauce ingredients.

  • Step 3: Place pizza crust on pan and brush with Polynesian sauce.

  • Step 4: Add the toppings in order as listed.

  • Step 5: Cook at 450°F for 10-15 minutes or until desired doneness.
