  • 1/4 cup clam juice (optional, for me just the juice in the canned clams was enough)
  • 1 tablespoon butter, optional
  • 1 celery stalk, chopped (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon chopped chives (for garnish)

  • Step 1: Mix all together (if using the celery saute first add juice and clams then soup stir and heat.
