Step 1: Crush together the chopped ginger, garlic, palm sugar and salt with a mortar and pestle until you have a paste and no chunks left.
Step 2: Mix the paste with the bouillon granules, coconut oil, allspice, onion powder, ground pepper, cinnamon and nutmeg; pour this mixture into the rice cooker.
Step 3: Add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
Step 4: Place lid on rice cooker, start the rice cooker and allow it to run its course.
Step 5: Fluff rice and serve.
