  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 80 grams shrimp (small prawns, peeled weight, I used garlic prawns that I had left over)
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

How to Make

  • Step 1: Whisk together eggs and milk in a small bowl.

  • Step 2: Heat oil in a small fry pan over medium heat and pour in the eggs and as the sides begin to set push them in and then tilt the pan to fill those spaces with the liquid.

  • Step 3: When the omelette is nearly set put in the prawns on one half and then flip the other half over and let it finish cooking and then slide onto a plate and enjoy.
