  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 to 4 tablespoons lemon juice (start with 2 tablespoons and add in more if you want to)
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup oil (vegetable oil)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons gingerroot, minced (fresh, from about a 1-inch piece)
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar (dark)
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon salt
