Step 1: Add the rice, water and salt to a pot- over high, bring to a boil with the cover off.
Step 2: When at a boil, turn the temperature down to a simmer, place a tight fitting cover on and let simmer undisturbed for 10 minutes.
Step 3: Turn the heat off , keep the cover on, and left sit for another 10 minutes.
