Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/2 pound feta cheese
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 garlic clove, sliced
  • 6 ounces radishes, trimmed (1 bunch)
  • 6 ounces spring onions (or green onions, white and pale green parts only, 1 dozen)
  • 96 grams kalamata olives (24 olives)
  • Hearts of romaine lettuce
  • Mint, basil or dill leaves
  • Pita bread

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a food processor add the feta with the olive oil and garlic and blend until smooth and creamy. Transfer to a serving bowl or spoon onto a large platter and surround with all the remaining ingredients.
