Step 1: To prepare the wings, chop off the tips and pop these into the freezer to add to your stock pot and then cut each wing into two sections.
Step 2: Combine the marinade ingredients and add the wings and leave to marinate for at least an hour, longer if possible.
Step 3: Grill, barbecue or roast the wings.
Step 4: Watch them carefully as the honey will allow them to burn easily before they are cooked through and succulent.
Step 5: Serve with aioli (garlic mayonnaise) or a sweet chilli sauce.
