  • 1 cup milk (8 ounces)
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted (1 1/2 ounces)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour (5 1/4 ounces)
  • FOR THE PIGS IN BLANKETS
  • 16 (12 ounces) breakfast sausage links (cooked keep warm)
  • Maple syrup, keep warm

How to Make

  • Step 1: To make the pancakes whisk together all the ingredients for pancakes (milk - flour) until combined. Pour by the 1/4 cupful onto a hot greased griddle, turning after 2 minutes. When both sides are golden brown remove from griddle and place on plate. Repeat for rest of batter.

  • Step 2: To assemble: place a sausage on bottom third of pancake. Pour a teaspoon of syrup on top and wrap from the bottom up as you would wrap a burrito. Hold warm until served.
