Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound beef sirloin (cut into 1" chunks)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 120 grams dry fusilli pasta
  • 1 1/2 cup water (or more)
  • 1/4 cup basil pesto (plus 1 tablespoon, divided)
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons cream cheese (depending on how creamy you want it)
  • Parmesan cheese to taste (to sprinkle over pasta)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Season the beef chunks with salt and pepper.

  • Step 2: Bring the oil to medium-high heat in a large skillet and add the beef and brown on all sides.

  • Step 3: Add the fusilli, 1 1/2 cup water and 1/4 cup pesto and simmer until pasta is just cooked. You may need to add a bit more water to stop the pasta from sticking to pan; add a bit at a time if necessary, you want just a bit of liquid left once cooked.

  • Step 4: Stir in the remaining ingredients and warm through.

  • Step 5: Enjoy!
