Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/2 pound cooked crabmeat (flaked or chopped)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon whipped cream (as needed)
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese (divided)
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • Old Bay Seasoning, sprinkle

How to Make

  • Step 1: Spray a 1-quart baking dish with cooking spray.

  • Step 2: Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

  • Step 3: In a large bowl, mix crabmeat, cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, lemon juice, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard and garlic powder until smooth. Add enough whipping cream to make mixture creamy. Stir in 1/4 cup tablespoons of grated cheese. Fold in the crabmeat.

  • Step 4: Spoon into casserole dish. top with remaining cheese and sprinkle lightly with Old Bay Seasoning.

  • Step 5: Bake until mixture is bubbly and browned on top, about 30 minutes.

  • Step 6: Serve with crusty bead, crackers, rolls or served in a bread bowl.
