Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 190 ml sweetened condensed milk (Nestle brand recommended, 3/4 cup)
  • 3/4 cup white chocolate melts (Nestle' Bakers' Choice recommended)
  • 2 large eggs, separated
  • 2 teaspoon gelatine
  • 300 ml cream
  • 250 grams strawberries, thinly sliced
  • 250 grams raspberries, pureed

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine sweetened condensed mil, white chocolate melts and egg yolks in a heatproof bowl and place on top of a pot of simmering water and stir until melted and then remove from the heat.

  • Step 2: Sprinkle the gelatine over 1 tablespoon hot water and stir to combine and then add to the chocolate mixture and allow to cool.

  • Step 3: Beat cream until thickened and fold into chocolate mixture.

  • Step 4: Beat egg white until stiff peaks form, then fold into chocolate mixture.

  • Step 5: Combine strawberries with pureed raspberries and layer chocolate mixture and berry mixture into parfait or serving glasses and refrigerate until ready to serve.
