Step 1: Preheat broiler. Heat oil in 10-inch nonstick skillet with oven-safe handle over medium-high heat. Add bell pepper and garlic to skillet; cook 3 minutes or until soft.
Step 2: While bell pepper and garlic cook, beat eggs in medium bowl. Break up large pieces of crab meat. Add crab meat, black pepper, salt and pepper sauce to eggs; blend well. Set aside.
Step 3: Add tomato to skillet, cooking and stirring for 1 minute. Add egg mixture to skillet. Reduce heat to medium-low; cook about 7 minutes or until eggs begin to set around edges.
Step 4: Remove pan from burner and place under broiler 6 inches from heat. Broil about 2 minutes or until top of frittata is browned and set. Remove pan from broiler; slide frittata onto serving plate. Serve immediately.
