Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 4 (330 grams) beef sausage (thin)
  • 4 (160 grams) flour tortillas (wraps)
  • 1 avocado, mashed
  • Iceberg lettuce leaves, (4 leaves, shredded)
  • 1 carrot, finely grated
  • 1 cucumber (Lebanese cucumber, thinly sliced)
  • Tomato salsa, to serve

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat a large frying pan over moderate heat and add sausages and cook and stir for 5 minutes or until browned and cooked through.

  • Step 2: For each wrap, place a tortilla wrap on a flat work surface and spread with 2 tablespoons of avocado and top with a quarter each of the lettuce, carrot and cucumber and top with a sausage and roll up to enclose.

  • Step 3: Serve wraps with tomato salsa.
