Step 1: Heat a large frying pan over moderate heat and add sausages and cook and stir for 5 minutes or until browned and cooked through.
Step 2: For each wrap, place a tortilla wrap on a flat work surface and spread with 2 tablespoons of avocado and top with a quarter each of the lettuce, carrot and cucumber and top with a sausage and roll up to enclose.
Step 3: Serve wraps with tomato salsa.
