Step 1: Spread 4 slices of bread w/the mustard & 4 slices w/the Russian dressing.
Step 2: Dividing evenly, top the mustard-spread slices, layering as follows: Cheese, turkey, sauerkraut, turkey, cheese & the remaining bread.
Step 3: Heat the oil in a lrg skillet over med heat.
Step 4: Add the sandwiches & cook, pressing occasionally w/the back of a spatula until the bread is golden brown & crisp & the cheese is melted (3-4 min per side). Serve immediately.
