Step 1: Combine mince, soy sauce, oyster sauce, chilli and garlic in a large glass bowl.
Step 2: Heat oil in a large frying pan over high heat and add beef mixture, cook, stirring to break up lumps, for 6 minutes or until browned and then add capsicum, mushrooms and onion to pan and cook and stir for 2 minutes or until capsicum is tender.
Step 3: Add kecap manis, juice and sweet chilli sauce to mince mixture and cook and stir for 1 minutes or until heated and combined.
Step 4: Meanwhile, cook noodles in a saucepan of boiling salted water for 3 minutes or until tender and stir gently with a fork to separate stands, drain and then add sesame oil and toss to combine.
Step 5: Spoon noodles into serving bowls and top with mince mixture and garnish with green onion curls.
