Step 1: Line a 9 in square pan w/foil. Coat the foil w/cooking spray & set aside.
Step 2: In a heavy saucepan, combine chocolate chips & corn syrup. Cook & stir over low heat until smooth. Remove from the heat.
Step 3: Stir in the powdered sugar, milk & vanilla. Beat w/a wooden spoon until thick & glossy, about 5 min. Stir in cranberries & walnuts. Spread into prepared pan & chill until firm.
Step 4: Using the foil, lift fudge out of pan & discard foil. Cut fudge into 1-in. squares. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
