The ingredients are:
  • 520 grams ice cream (peppermint ice cream, 1 quart)
  • 4 cups eggnog (dairy, or canned eggnog, 1 quart)
  • 1 cup rum (optional)
  • 1 to 2 bottles (10 ounce) ginger ale (chilled, 1-1/4 to 2-1/2 cups)
  • Additional peppermint ice cream (optional)
  • Peppermint sticks (optional)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place ice cream in a lrg chilled bowl & stir until softened. Gradually stir in eggnog & rum, if using.

  • Step 2: Transfer to a punch bowl. Add desired amt of ginger ale to reach desired consistency. If desired, top ea serving w/additional peppermint ice cream & peppermint sticks.

  • YIELD = 18 (4-ounce) servings
