Step 1: In a lrg bowl, mix egg, stuffing, turkey, cranberries & mayo. Shape into 8 1/2-in-thick patties & coat w/crushed cornflakes (May use a 2nd egg if you need extra moisture to help bind the ingredients & form the patties).
Step 2: In a lrg skillet, heat oil over med heat. Cook patties in 2 batches for & 3-4 min on ea side or until golden brown. Serve warm w/leftover turkey gravy if possible.
