Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 8 ounces imitation crab meat (chopped)

  • 1/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese (provolone can also be used)
  • 1/4 cup cocktail sauce
  • Hot sauce (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped scallions, white and green parts
  • 4 flour (156 grams) tortillas (8-inch)
  • Kosher salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
We recommend you get your ingredients ready before you start cooking. Once you're ready, here are the steps to making this delicious recipe

How to Make

  • Step 1: Filling ... Add the crab, cream cheese, cocktail sauce, swiss cheese, and scallions to a small bowl; and, mix until combined. Taste and adjust accordingly - a bit of salt, pepper; or, even a little hot sauce if you want. Then, cover with plastic wrap; and, refrigerate at least 1 hour.

  • Step 2: Tortillas ... Spread the crab mix on the tortilla; leaving about 1" from one side. As you roll it, the filling will 'squish' out; so, that is the reason for not going all the way on one side. Tightly roll up the tortilla, place on a sheet of plastic wrap and roll up; twisting the ends to seal it tightly. Refrigerate all day or over night.

  • Step 3: Finish ... Unroll from the plastic wrap; and, cut, a small slice off of each end. Then, cut the tortilla into 1/2-1" slices.

  • Step 4: Serve and ENJOY! ... Plate and serve - nothing fancy here. It's a great snack, party, game/movie night; or potluck dish. And, they are always a hit! Very 'Old School,' but, that's a good thing.
