Step 1: Cream butter and sugar together in a small bowl until pale yellow and fluffy.
Step 2: Beat in egg, then juices and peels.
Step 3: Combine dry ingredients (not coconut yet), gradually add to butter mixture. Mix well.
Step 4: Beat in coconut.
Step 5: Drop by rounded teaspoons onto greased cookie sheets, about 2 inches apart.
Step 6: Bake at 350ºF for 10-12 minutes until edges are slightly browned.
Step 7: Cool on sheet for one minute, then remove to wire rack to cool.
Step 8: While cookies cook, beat icing ingredients until smooth. Spread over cookies. Let stand until set before storing.
