  • 268 grams kale (4 cups baby kale)
  • 345 grams grapefruit sections (ruby red grapefruit sections, 1 1/2 cups, about 2 large grapefruits)
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 2 cans (14 ounce) hearts of palm (rinsed, drained, and cut diagonally into 1/4 inch slices)
  • 1 small red chile, seeded and thinly sliced
  • 1 avocado (ripe, peeled, cut into thin wedges)
