  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, peeled and minced
  • 5 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup sliced red bell peppers
  • 8 ounces sliced shiitake mushroom caps
  • 2 baby bok choy (vertically sliced)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place 1 tablespoon dark sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ginger and garlic; cook 2 minutes or until garlic just begins to brown.

  • Step 2: Add red bell pepper and mushrooms; stir-fry 4 minutes.

  • Step 3: Add bok choy and 1/4 cup water; cook 2 minutes or until bok choy is crisp-tender and water evaporates. Remove from the heat and stir in 1 tablespoon soy sauce.
