  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse black pepper, or to tate
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 large egg (hard boiled, chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
