Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 teaspoon garlic powder (divided)
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 90 grams Ritz crackers (30 crackers, crushed, about 3/4 cup)
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, finely shredded
  • 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 to 1 1/4 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast tenders

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place a wire cooling rack on top, and spray wire rack with cooking spray. Set aside.

  • Step 2: In a shallow bowl whisk together melted butter, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, and seasoned salt.

  • Step 3: In a separate shallow bowl, combine cracker crumbs, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese.

  • Step 4: Dip chicken in butter mixture, then coat with crumbs.

  • Step 5: Place chicken on the prepared rack on the baking sheet. Lightly spray chicken with cooking spray or oil (this will help the crust brown).

  • Step 6: Bake for 17-20 minutes, turning once, until chicken is no longer pink inside and the coating is golden and crispy.
