  • 1 mango (ripe, peeled and diced)
  • 1/2 cup celery, diced
  • 1/4 cup scallion, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro (Optional)
  • 1/2 cup cashews, chopped
  • 4 (290 grams) croissants
