Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 3 1/2 ounce bagel (I used wholegrain lightly toasted, 1 bagel)
  • 1 1/4 ounces cream cheese (softened I used low fat)
  • 1 1/4 ounces smoked salmon (thinly sliced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill, finely chopped

How to Make

  • Step 1: Lightly toast bagel, I used a pop up toaster.

  • Step 2: Mix cream cheese and dill together and divide and spread over the bagel halves,

  • Step 3: Top the bottom part of the bagel with the smoked salmon and then top with the other half of the bagel.

  • Step 4: VARIATION - divide the smoked salmon between both bagel halves and serve as an open sandwich.
