Step 1: BASIC PORRIDGE - Combine the oats, sugar, milk and essence in a heavy based saucepan and cook and stir over low heat for 10 minutes or until mixture is thick.
Step 2: Prepare basic porridge as per above but add the sifted cocoa powder.
Step 3: Stir in white chocolate bits through hot porridge.
Step 4: Serve porridge topped with chocolate topping and extra white chocolate bits.
