Step 1: Trim stalk from cauliflower and roughly chop.
Step 2: Cut cauliflower into florets.
Step 3: Place cauliflower stalk and florets, onion, garlic, stock, spice blend and 2 1/2 cups water in a large saucepan over medium high heat.
Step 4: Cover, bring to a simmer and simmer for 12 minutes to 15 minutes or until cauliflower is very soft.
Step 5: Remove from heat and stand for 5 minutes.
Step 6: Meanwhile, made Garlic Toast - preheat grill/broiler on high.
Step 7: Place baguette slices on a baking tray and grill/broil for 1 minute each side or until golden.
Step 8: Drizzle one side of each toast with oil and rub with cut side of garlic and season with salt.
Step 9: Using a stick blender, blend soup until smooth and season with salt and pepper.

Step 12: Stir in yoghurt and then ladle soup into serving bowls and top with coriander, sprinkle with extra spice blend and drizzle with extra oil.
Step 13: Serve with garlic toasts.
