Step 1: Melt the ghee in a large skillet and toss in the green onions and rice; cook over medium-high heat stirring occasionally for 5 minutes or until onions start to brown and are softened.
Step 2: Pour in the broth and bring to a boil and toss in the chopped spinach; remove from heat, cover and let sit for about 5 minutes or until rice is tender.
Step 3: Stir in the chicken and garlic powder, return to burner and cook until heated through.
Step 4: Season with rice vinegar to taste.
Step 5: Enjoy!
