Step 1: Preheat oven to 350F.
Step 2: In a mixer bowl, combine all ingredients except confectioners' sugar; mix well.
Step 3: Using hands, form dough into approximately 1-inch balls; roll each in confectioners' sugar. *If dough is too sticky, refrigerate for 15-20 minutes before rolling.
Step 4: Place each ball on ungreased baking sheet, about 1 1/2 inches apart.
Step 5: Bake for 8 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove to cooling racks and let cool completely.
