  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 shallot, chopped
  • 1 1/4 pounds baby bok choy (5 baby bok choy, chopped)
  • 1 1/2 pounds zucchini (3 zucchini, sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons oregano, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon cumin (seeds)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat oil in skillet over medium high heat. Add shallot and saute for 5 minutes. Stir in zucchini and stir fry for another 5 minutes and add the bok choy, oregano and cumin and stir fry another 5 minutes.
