  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/3 cup green bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 large eggs (slightly beaten)
  • 1 can (15 ounce) creamed corn
  • 1 can (15 ounce) whole kernel corn (with liquid)
  • 1 box (8.5 ounce) corn muffin mix (Jiffy)
  • 1 cup cream
  • 4 ounces cheddar cheese, grated

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350F; grease a glass 3-quart casserole (or 9x13 pan).

  • Step 4: Pour into prepared baking dish and bake for 45 minutes or until top is golden brown.
