  • 3/4 pound carrots (4 medium carrots, peeled, cut into 1/4" slices)
  • 1/4 cup salad dressing (Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tuscan Italian Dressing)
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar (or Splenda brown)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Boil the carrots for apprx 8 minutes or until the carrots are tender.

  • Step 2: Drain, Add brown sugar to carrots.

  • Step 3: Turn heat to low, stir the carrots & sugar for about 2 minutes.

  • Step 4: Add Dressing.

  • Step 5: Continue cooking on low for apprx 3 minutes.

  • Step 6: Serve.
