Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 loaf thin-sliced (675 grams) white bread (Wonder Bread or any other kind thin sliced bread)
  • 6 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • Melted butter (no less than 1/2 cup)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cut off all the crust off of each slice of bread.

  • Step 2: With a rolling pin, flatten bread.

  • Step 3: In a small bowl combine cream cheese and powdered sugar until well blended.

  • Step 4: In a separate bowl combine sugar and cinnamon - set aside.

  • Step 5: Spread a heaping tablespoonful of cream cheese mixture onto each flattened bread piece, then roll up.

  • Step 6: Dip each rolled bread into melted butter and then into the cinnamon and sugar mix.

  • Step 7: Place the roll on an ungreased cookie sheet.

  • Step 8: Repeat for the remaining bread rolls.

  • Step 9: Bake at 350 degrees for 16-20 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm.
