  • 1 medium red onion, chopped
  • 2 cups crushed tortilla chips
  • 1 cup canned sliced black olive, well drained
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • DRESSING
  • 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise (do not use salad dressing)
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 cup canned chopped chilies
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • Hot sauce, to taste

How to Make
