Step 2: Combine 1/4 cup olive oil, mustard, vinegar, garlic powder, oregano, and salt; stir well. Brush both sides of the swordfish steaks with half of the mustard mixture.
Step 3: Grill fish over hot coals for 6 to 8 minutes on each side or until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, basting frequently with the remaining mustard mixture.
Step 4: Serve fish with tomato-feta relish.
