  • 1/4 cup olive oil (extra-virgin)
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons fresh dill weed (chopped)
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup olive oil (extra-virgin)
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 (680 to 907 grams) swordfish steaks (6 to 8 ounces each)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine the first seven ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well, and set the tomato-feta relish aside.

  • Step 2: Combine 1/4 cup olive oil, mustard, vinegar, garlic powder, oregano, and salt; stir well. Brush both sides of the swordfish steaks with half of the mustard mixture.

  • Step 3: Grill fish over hot coals for 6 to 8 minutes on each side or until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, basting frequently with the remaining mustard mixture.

  • Step 4: Serve fish with tomato-feta relish.
