  • 15 grams baby spinach (1/2 cup)
  • Button mushrooms, sliced (2 mushrooms)
  • 1 slice (30 grams) low-fat Swiss cheese
  • 2 slices (60 grams) sliced bread (30 grams each slice, wholemeal grain bread)
