Step 1: Dry-fry pine nuts and bacon in a heavy based pan over medium heat for 2 minutes or until nuts are golden and bacon is crisp and transfer to a bowl.
Step 2: Heat 1/2 tablespoon of oil in a pan and add garlic, chilli, rind and breadcrumbs and cook, stirring for 3 minutes or until golden and then transfer to a bowl.
Step 3: Heat remaining oil in pan over high heat and add broccolini, cover and cook shaking pan frequently, for about 5 minutes or until broccolini is lightly charred and crisp tender.
Step 4: Season with salt and transfer to a plate and serve topped with crumb mixture.
