Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 4 scallions (including the greens)
  • 2 celery stalks (ribs)
  • 3 small garlic cloves
  • 1 or 2 tablespoon fresh parsley
  • 6 tablespoons mustard, Creole (or a grainy variety)
  • 3 tablespoons paprika
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Chop or mince the vegetables and herbs.

  • Step 2: Blend the vegetables and herbs together with the mustard, paprika and vinegar until almost smooth.

  • Step 3: Slowly pour in the oil while continuing to blend.

  • Step 4: Season with salt and pepper.

  • NOTE: You can mix this with mayonnaise and it will result in the more "traditional' pinkish remoulade!
