Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/2 pound ground turkey
  • 1 can (15 ounce) tomato sauce
  • 1 can (14.5 ounce) diced tomatoes
  • 164 grams cooked wild rice (wild rice mix, cooked 1 cup)
  • 1 cup green bell pepper, chopped
  • 3 grams beef bouillon (1 teaspoon)
  • 22 ounces water (1 & 1/2 can)
  • 6 grams chicken bouillon (2 teaspoons)
  • 1/8 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • Rosemary, pinch

  • Step 1: In large saucepan brown meat. drain
